Located in the sunny Aurach region of Kitzbühel, the chlaet is a palatial property set over four floors with totally uninterrupted views of the entire valley. Built in 2015, this impressive chalet is able to accommodate ten guests in the main house and a further six in an additional guest house which is linked via the terrace and basement.

Guests enter the chalet on the ground floor with stairs and a lift providing access to all floors. The living area, dining room and kitchen are all located on the second floor. Here you can appreciate the chalet's spectacular decor. Reclaimed timber floors, walls and ceilings give a warm and inviting feel, whilst beautifully chosen fabrics and furnishings add to the chalet's opulence. The living room has comfortable sofas and armchairs set around an open fireplace. A television is discreetly located behind a picture and can be revealed at the touch of a button.

To the back of the living room is a bar and cosy nook - perfect for an après-ski drink or two. The living room leads into a spacious dining room with stylish chairs and a striking chandelier centrepiece. Opposite, is a modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a casual dining nook nestled in the bay window. To the rear is a large wine cellar and a second kitchen for staff.

This fabulous chalet is not short on entertainment. On the ground floor is an impressive garage which seamlessly converts into a home cinema and entertainment area with a ping pong table. To one side is a spacious ski room with plenty of storage and boot warmers.

After a day's skiing, the chalet's impressive spa awaits. An elevated sauna and glass steam room overlook a colour therapy spa pool, which is surrounded by loungers. What better way to relax? There is also a snow/ice crystal maker to rejuvenate you, a bar with ice cube maker and an integrated sound system. Sliding doors open up to let the fresh mountain air in.

This gorgeous chalet is able to accommodate a total of 16 guests across eight bedrooms, the highlight being the stunning master suite which occupies the entire top floor. The lucky guests who have this suite can enjoy a private living room, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and sauna; with views over the valley from the private balcony. The larger suites have separate dressing rooms, a seating area and freestanding oval bathtubs. A further three double bedrooms are located in the adjoining guest house which has its own kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a covered outside dining area.
